秋天时节养生之道好听的道士道号奉行自然之法于天然道观

秋季三月,万物经过夏日的滋养后,已是生长旺盛、容颜焕发之时。天气渐凉,风起云涌,地气清明,万象皆秀。人们应顺应秋意,有所收获,将内心充实而平和安静。秋风送爽,清凉肃杀,无不显露其真面目。

人以天地之气为本,而四时更迭乃成其自然之道。在此大旨中,不仅要顺应阴阳和谐,更需遵循时令,以养生为己任。秋季之际,我们应当心志宁静,以缓解秋季的刑伤急切之气,这正是收敛精气神,使秋天更加平和的养生法则。

人若心志躁动,便难以守恒;反而助长了秋季清肃杀伐的律令,就如同火热上炎,让心浮气躁,又损及肺金精,还助长了清肃杀伐的力量,与秋收内敛涵养阴精背道而驰,因此,要使心志安定才能缓和这一刑伤之气。这时候,我们应该顺应收敛降低的气息,而做好涵养阴精的事,即收敛并摄纳我们的精神力,使得这份平和与我们相合。

人的精神若然波动,便欲炽烈;炽烈便会伤害到和谐之 气;当那和谐被损害时, autumn 的平衡就无法调节了,因此必须顺应 autumn 收敛、降低而作出涵养阴精的心理活动。当我们的思想无外界杂念,那么就不会感到焦虑;当意念不再纠结于外界事物,那么思绪就会变得平静;当心里没有杂念,那么肺金之气也能保持清净,这样既能够顺从 autumn 的收敛与降低,也能让肺金宣泄得恰到好处。这就是在 order to follow the clear and cool energy of the golden autumn, while also cultivating our inner balance and harmony.

如果在 golden autumn season, we fail to understand the principle of collecting and storing energy during this time, but instead continue with practices suitable for summer or spring, it will be in conflict with the natural order. This may lead to damage to the lung's ability to promote water metabolism, resulting in symptoms such as shortness of breath or coughing.
