The records of the relief work, repair of river works, and other events at Labor mountain are as follows:
The construction of a temple in honor of the three gods.
The establishment of a school for teaching the Dao.
The creation of a garden for cultivating medicinal herbs.
The building of an observatory for studying astronomy and astrology.
The construction of a library for storing and preserving ancient texts.
These projects were undertaken with the goal of promoting education, health, and spirituality among the local population. They also served to establish Labor mountain as a center for Daoist learning and practice.
