宁都农村自建房的古祠堂新魅力
早秋时节，步入江西宁都县东山坝镇小源村，那里的风景如画，荷花随风摇曳，与青青柳条交织成一幅乡村美景画卷。这里有着深厚的客家文化底蕴，一栋栋富有历史感的祠堂静静立在那里。曾氏宗祠经过改建而成为“乡村大学”，家长们在此享受凉爽之气避暑，而孩子们则在志愿者的带领下练习擂鼓；文彦翁祠改建后的“村史馆”内，准大学生们聆听家族历史，为自己注入奋进的力量。
小源村曾峰泉向我们介绍说：“我们的这个小地方，有二十多座宗族祠堂，大多是明清时期的建筑，以前因年久失修，不少宗族祠堂面临倒塌的风险，但这些年通过政府部门的大力支持和修缮工作，这些老祠堂又恢复了原貌，并被赋予教育教化、矛盾调解、村史展示等新的功能。”
宁都是客家民系的一个重要发祥地，是“客家祖地”。境内散居着130多个客家姓氏，每个姓氏几乎都有自己的宗族祠堂。在这里，我们可以看到3300多座独具特色的宗族 票文化。不少宗祠建筑曾经是红军驻扎地，也承载了一段党的光辉历史。
走进赤坎村龚氏 票，我仿佛穿越回到了那段炮火纷飞的岁月。现在，这里已经成为了全国国防教育与爱国主义教育基地，西安电子科技大学等单位将这片土地列为现场教学点，让后代子孙能够亲身体验那段艰苦卓绝的情景。
在保护和利用这些老 祀方面，宁都县坚持保护性修缮，同时也结合古 village protection, characteristic town construction and rural revitalization work, integrate funds, comprehensive planning, overall promotion. They also hire volunteer cultural heritage workers to implement regular management, constantly enhance the value of cultural relics and strengthen the protection, transmission and utilization of old sites.
如今，小源 village has become a well-known tourist destination in the area. Many families have set up homestays here. The front yards are filled with flowers and grasses. The whole village environment is clean, tidy and comfortable.
In recent years, Ningdu County has actively built "Prayer Hall + Culture" bases to transform Prayer Halls into grassroots governance platforms for culture gathering points for new era civilization practice areas that serve as a platform for villagers to enjoy culture together while promoting rural rejuvenation through these efforts.
Today's old Prayers Hall carry on their original charm with new appeal by blending traditional architectural beauty with modern elements in an innovative way that showcases our rich history while embracing change.
